You have 30 days from the date your parcel arrives to request a return. No questions asked.

Eligibility

• Item must be in original condition — unused and in its original packaging
• All accessories included in the box must be returned
• Proof of purchase required

How to Return

Simply email us at hello@serolira.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Items showing visible damage or use
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
